Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Generalist at Reno Systems in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Generalist will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing employee benefits, creating and implementing HR policies, managing HR related administration, and managing the recruitment process. This role will be based out of Reno Systems’ Cairo office but some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Skills in Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies
- Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration for minimum 2 years
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Professional HR certification a plus
- Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and regulations
