Challenge

Renovating SMART group website to reflect the values of SMART group and their online presence in the market, get more leads, reach the targeted audience

Strategy

Our Process started with conducting a competitive analysis for each of the group subsidiaries and assessing how to engage the target audience, Then Architecture  & Design phase working on  graphic design element and mock-ups while working closely with the stakeholders after designs sign off we began building the pages making sure that everything is running on time, to plan and on budget.

After the project is fully tested and approved, the staff training began, updating their site content.

Built using the WordPress network sites for the group subsidiaries.
